This deep water course is designed with a series of movements that are easy on your joints, improve flexibility, range of motion, and aerobic endurance. Students may want to purchase swim barbells to use in class to increase resistance and build upper body muscles. Please see instructor at first class for guidance on purchasing appropriate equipment. One half hour of this aerobic workout is equal to two hours of land walking!
